Our Story

Athletic Fueling Zone was born from a simple observation: most athletes don't understand how electrolytes work. We watched competitive runners collapse from hyponatremia, cyclists bonk despite consuming calories, and weekend warriors struggle with cramping and fatigue. The science was clear—hydration isn't just about water.

Our founders, sports scientists and endurance athletes themselves, began researching optimal sodium-potassium-magnesium ratios for various climates and activity types.
